neon tetras like to have more room to swim around, as they are a hyper fish. silvertips like larger groups of 10 and should be kept in a 15+, platties should be in a 20 also. oto cats are good for a 10. but i would only do 2. really the only thing suited for a small tank. most plecos need at least 20 gallons. common plecos are the worst to get for a small tank as they can get up to 2 feet.
