Converting a Salt To FreshWater Tank

ok soo yea my moms friend gave her a 27 gallon wide tank about 3 feet and it was saltwater but she wants it freshwater which is the best way to clean the tank

as far as i know you just want to scrub it with warm water and some good old fashion elbow grease. Dont use soap or anything because it can leave a residue that will stay in the tank for a long time.

If you insist on using chemicals to make it easier, i know python makes a safe aquarium cleaner and im sure some other companies do too. Just make sure it says that it is safe to use inside the aquarium, if it doesnt, DONT USE IT! It might end up killing your fishes.
