I have a 20 gallon planted tank that has plants with browning leaves... Also a plant that somewhat needs CO2.. regardless of the situation, getting CO2 is what I was planning on getting anyways. However, I dont know what I should get... Petco/petsmart have a CO2 system with a fermentation chamber.. and is by far the cheapest that I've found. I just wanted to know if anyone has used this system and if it's any good. If someone has a cheaper or a better system that is cheap to maintain.. please feel free to share! :-D
Browning leaves can be related to any one of several nutrient issues and/or light. Before you jump into adding another level of balance and maintenance which carries other issues that will need to be addressed too, I would first review the current system in case something is lacking or out of balance.
