Cholrine posioned cory!

He got hit with some cholrine :/ the city must have randomly increased the amount of cholrine they dump in their water...

All he does is breath FAST and lay on his side all day n night, however he does move around once in a while and eat but...

Is there hope for him? Will his gills grow back? (or whatever chorline destroys off a fsih)
or is he slowly dying?

Did you use a water conditioner to remove the cholorine? I'm guessing by your post that the answer is no.

I'd try using double or triple doses of Seachem Prime in the tank to try to save him at this point.

Animal testing is a terrible idea; they get all nervous and give the wrong answers.

Yes i used double dose of tetra safe (which up until now was just fine)

I hope their gills are like their fins and heal
