Changed up my 55

Today I rehoused my Odessa Barbs, Rosy Barbs and Cory Cats. I now have 12 Tiger Barbs, 1 Red Tail Black Shark and 1 Bristlenose Pleco. The plan now is to either add more Tiger Barbs or 5 YoYo Loaches. I am not sure I have room for the loaches though, but the bottom of the tank is pretty bare now. What do you guys think?
If you need a little background on this tank, it is a 55 gallon planted tank. I have 2 Tetra whisper EX70 filters. The tank has been up for about 6 months. Temp 76, pH 6.8

Do you have the striped tiger barbs? I have 9 of the green tiger barbs and they are gorgeous. They show anywhere from dark blue to dark green depending on time of day/lighting in the tank and have bright orange tips on their fins.

Maybe a school of 6 of them would be a good pick for you?

Animal testing is a terrible idea; they get all nervous and give the wrong answers.

I think you may have your bottom covered pretty well with the redtailed shark and the BN. In a tank that size I'd do even more Tiger Barbs if you like them. They can be difficult to house with others, but show fantastic interactions amongst themselves in large groups.

As long as you don't add anything else you could probably do a group of 30 total. Maybe more.

30g SE Asian Tank
15 Lambchop Rasbora
2 Gold White Cloud Minnows
3 Dwarf Chain Loaches
2 Powder Blue Dwarf Gourami

55g Amazon Tank
2 Wild Type Angels
1 Marble Angel
1 Black Angel
1 Koi Angel
2 Bolivian Rams
14 Pristella Tetra
10 Dwarf Pencilfish
2-3 Twig Catfish (to come)
