As you know, test strips are completley inaccurate. We have no proper reading until you get a liquid test kit.

Please don't make the moores stay in a 10G until Christmas. By then, they will be adults and most likely be stunted in growth or have a sickness because of possible bad water quality.

what about a tetra tank? There are so Many different kinds with many colors to choose from. and there smaller to I could put a alot more in there and the colors could really intrest my son.

Ive also done some 29 gallon stocking research on here, Came up wth a couple differnt options but feel free to add to it. As thse are other peoples opinions Ive pulled off from fishforum.to try to help me get where I want to be

10 Lemon tetras
6 cherry barbs
6 otto tetras
5 panda corydora's

that seems to be the most colorful ( Minus the corydoras )

Any other stocking options? schooling fish with colors or color options? Fish that will be in the hole tank ( Top,middle and bottom dwellers) So that the tank is a thriving wonder world of action.

Any help would be great.

I always personally think that one shoal of one fish is better looking than like two shoals of two different fish. For example, I would just get like Cardinal Tetras instead of Cherry Barbs and Cardinal Tetras.

But that is a good stocking. And do you mean Otto Cat? I'm not familiar with an Otto tetra.
