Thanks. I'll look for some diffusers. I had a cannister filter but one day the outbound hose popped out for no reason and sprayed about five gallons of water all over the place. If I wasn't at home, it would have drained the entire aquarium. So for my peace of mind, I do not use them anymore. I have the complete c02 system from aquariumplants.com. However, the reactor basically needs to be hooked up to a cannister filter. I modified the system using a powerhead to pump water through the reactor but there are still leaks in the piping (despite thread-taping the heck out of everything). I have also read that a reactor like the one I have is not totally necessary. I think a diffuser is the answer I'm looking for.
