They are 15W.

Can I put these in instead? Or just use one? Coralife 20W Mini Compact Fluorescent - Colormax

Thanks :)

I bought a similar tank, it was the "Top Fin" brand and it came with a hood. The guy told me just to buy some regular incandescent bulbs but I thought they were kind of ugly and the people at the other shop told me most plants would not do well. I purchased that exact brand of bulb possibly even the exact same bulb and it has made a world of difference.

It is a little hard to tell because I changed gravel and added a tank background but it might give you an idea of how it looks.

I am BLOWN away by the difference, everything "pops" much more. I would just look on the hood or the box to see a max watt rating but I doubt it would be lower than 20watt.

Edit: Also they are not quite pure white, they have a blue hint to them. I don't know if you can tell in the picture.

Kind of expensive there, you should be able to buy regular CFL bulbs at lowes or walmart, marked at 6500k at about a 3rd of the price, plus no shipping. If you going to get two look at something in the 13-16 watt range for just a 10 gallon.
