Brine Shrimp Hatching Salinity Conversion

I just recieved a big pack of brine shirmp and the instructions say i should adjust the salinity to 25 ppt.
Does anyone have a conversion i could use to find out how much salt to add to a 3 liter bottle?
I dont have a salinity ppt tester and hope i can figure it out without one =)

I think i figured it out, let me know if im right.

1 gram/Liter %o (part per thousand)
1 milligram/Liter 1 ppm (part per million)
1 microgram/Liter 1 ppb (part per billion)
1 nanogram/Liter 1 ppt (part per trillion)

So 25 ppt = 25 grams per liter. 3 liters = 75 grams

75 grams = 5.269 tablespoons

1 tablespoon = .0625 cups

5 tbls * .0635 = .34 cups = about 1/3 cup

So i think 25 ppt of salt for my 3 liter bottle is 1/3 cup salt.
