It's only been two days and already he looks better than he did, is more active, and the silly thing likes to flair at his food before he eats it, and he flairs for a bit when he first "wakes up" in the morning after I turn his light on.

Yeah, they are so much fun to interact with. And they listen to you when you talk to them, too. lol And you can share your deepest, darkest secrets with them and they won't tell anyone. lol

My betta flares at my camera! That's how I got that picture in my avatar.

And bettas are without doubt my favorite fish! I have 2 soon to be 3 betta tanks, and only 1 community because I just can't help myself with bettas. I'm looking foward to betta #4...

20 gallon long: 3 adult Neolamprologus similis + about 11 fry of various ages; low light planted tank
20 gallon long:2 freshwater dwarf puffers (Puff Puff and Poofer); medium-light planted tank
10 gallon: 1 male betta named Wormy; low light planted tank
10 gallon: 1 male betta named Dante; low light planted tank
2, 5.5 gallon tanks that are currently empty (I see more fish on the horizon )
