Frozen bloodworms are better for feeding multiple fish. You can thaw a small chunk and then feed the fish. For a single fish freeze-dried is by far the most economical way. You just shake out what you need. No smell, no fuss, no muss.
Supplement you weekly feedings with thaw frozen peas. This will keep your betta from getting constipated.
