Best way to Ship Tropical Fish?

I don't know If I have this in the right section, but I have some tetras that need homes asap, but idk how to ship tropical fish in a safe way. Help?

Bag inside of a box. Insulate the box if the weather is cold. Shipping fish is not cheap. 3 day shipping is about $15 and may work with hardier species. More sensitive ones need one day or overnight shipping.
