Begineer with cloudy Water, Any tips
Hi I got my first tropical fishtank one month ago, after the first couple of weeks it got a white tint to the water, I have done all relevant tests and from what i can gather the ammonia is 0, the nitrate is 30 and the ph is about 7.2, now i gather they are all about ok, in my tank I have 6 neon tetras, 1 panda cory and 2 clown loaches, and my tank is 48 litre, also the gravel I have is extremely dirty it kinda looks like its rusting any way i can sort that out? basically any wisdom that you guys can impart would be appreciated.
the rust is probably brown algae. take a gander at the algae chart under plants section.
4 tiger barbs, 2 bumblebee gobies, hillstream loach, 3 neon tetras, black sail cory, panda cory, 11ish ghost shrimp, pond snail

Anacharis, Micro Sword, Driftwood and river rocks. 5 Danio Choprae, 2 ghosties
I dont have a gravel vac, am planning on purchasing one, what sort of level should the nitrate be at and will it help reduce the cloudiness of the water, i only moved the stones slightly earlier and the amount of brown dirt that came off it was unbelieveable, is there a good way of cleaning the stones manually?
