Anyone recognize this aquarium?

I am looking to upgrade my 10 gal to 15 and I think I found one but the person does't have too much info. Anyone know what it is? It has some weird contraption at the bottom and looks kind of like a biocube. Here's the link

15-20 gallons aquarium fish/tank

Dear God, it is an Underground Gravel Filter plate. They have only been around about 50 years. Sorry had to razz you a bit. Just put lift tubes and air line below the substrate surface and the entire floor acts as a biological filter. This is the precurser to the cansiter filters of today. As long as you don't have fish with heavy bioloads I'd use it. I use them with sponge filters and once monthly run an HOB filter. If you put ceramic rings under it then gravel on top it really kicks up the filter action. If you have some media or gravel from an aged tank slip some in the bottom prior to gravel and it will cycle much more quickly.

Thanks for the reply! I'm not really experienced with tanks, I've only ever had my two plain ten gallons :P
It comes with a normal filter but maybe I'll try that since it'll look nicer.
Any idea as to who makes the tank? I just wanted to double check it's really the size they say it is.

Hm, personally, I'm not a huge fan of UG filters as they really just kind of drag the fish waste down into the substrate, and they can get really tangled around plant roots. I'm not saying great tanks haven't been done with them, but I personally just prefer my canister filters and HOB power filters.

That one looks removable, and it seems to come with a HOB. Is it possible you can ask the guy for the make/model and/or dimensions? It kind of looks like a Biocube to me, or maybe a generic version?
