Since I can't add any more fish to my tank (overstocked as it is), and I am not allowed to get another tank (as wife says, the one tank we have is way more fish tank than she would like already) I must resort to keep adding plants, and wood and moving stuff around. I get to a point where I am happy, then I see something on here that I like and then fancy trying it out if I can find some to buy etc... it never ends.
So yesterday I went to the LFS and picked up a few new bits.
1 x Anubias barteri (I believe)
1 x large bunch of Java fern
2 x Limnophila heterophylia (Ive been told this is a high light loving plant, but I liked it and I have planted it in the only part of the tank that isn't covered by floating plants. so fingers crossed!)
2 x Crypt (one is definitely Undulating Crypt, the other one is more straight leaved)
I have around 90%surface covered with my floating plants, and found some stuff I used to have wasn't working so well, and I got bored so I changed things up a touch, took out some of the plants I didn't like, or were looking sorry for themselves. added 2 bits of driftwood, one with the Java fern attached, one with the large Anubias specimen I picked up. moved my Canon again! Took out the last of the rocks I originally had in there.. not enough floor space. and just tried to make more room in there, it was zoo
Heres some pics, they didn't turn out so great for some reason... but oh well. here you go.
