Exclamation angelfish acting strange

My angel has been plump with eggs for weeks and just keeps getting bigger. She was just cleaning leaves and the glass a few days ago but for the last 3 days she has been right at the filter output with her mouth at the surface. She is not eating but keeps getting plumper. Her mate keeps by herside all day except to eat but she is unresponsive she just stays their. I do a 20% water change every week. I test regularly and all readings are fine. No other fish are ill or acting strange and I'm not sure what to do!!!

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!

A picture would help, if possible. Sounds eggbound, but could be some sort of tumor, which is treated differently.

She is laying at the bottom. Like she has run out of energy. I fear this is the end.

Put her in a QT tank ASAP. She needs to be by herself right now. I agree with Tolak. Eggbound is very likely. If you want to save her thats the only option to seperate. nd keep close eye. howvere other here may have more specific advice on procedures once in QT. aspiration if thats needed if you have the nerve...I've done it succesfully for bloat before..completely nerve-racking thing to do.
