Hey again so I won a betta in a raffle so I want to put it in my 3 gallon tank. My question is what can I do about my ph level it says the total alkalinity (kh) ppm freshwater is ideal but the ph - freshwater is between 7.8 and 8.4 alkaline. My 40 gallon has perfect levels but I have fancy guppies n I heard u should not mix the two. So what do I do. Posted via Mobile Device
Yes do u think maybe give it a couple more days or do a small water change? Will it hurt the betta if I just put it in there because the condition of his bowl that he came in is about the same Posted via Mobile Device
Do nothing.... if that is the pH of your tap I think the betta will be okay. Acclimate him to his new home, and assuming it is cycled, put him in!
