Airline/Air Pump Head Loss?

I am going to run airlines into my tank and although I know I can pump deep enough through the water I am concerned about the length of the run up to the tank rim. If I run another 8 to 10 feet past the rim to my pump, am I going to receive any significant loss of pressure/volume? This is on a Fusion 700 which is equivalent to a Tetra 100 or Rena 300/400 kinda? Definitely not a Super L:uft.
Thanks in advance!

Sometimes it is easier just to spend 20 minutes and build a shelf

The ironic part is that I may never use it and the sterrilzer...

Can you explain that system a little more, is the tank through the wall? looks like it.

What is that long pipe coming down to your HVAC or hot water tank (which should not be clipped on there).

UV sterilizers are not really used in freshwater aquariums.

Am really confused at this setup and why everything is arranged the way it is.

10g Fry / Hospital / QT tank (as needed)

75g Saltwater Reef, Ocellaris Clownfish, Lyretail Antias (baby), Lemon damsel, Longtail Fairy Wrasse, purple dottyback, snails, crabs and a few LPS corals.

220g Still sitting empty (come on Lottery I need the numbers to come up!)

Your confused? What about me! The UV's are seldom used in reef either. Some people run them 1-2 days a month and see a benefit or so the story goes. We will see.

So ya don't like my hangers? The clear pipe is for water changes. It is hung off of the water emergency pressure relief elbow which is 3/4 " cast iron. I don't think it should have any problem supporting a total of 1/2 pound of vertical weight. The other "hanger" is from a heavy metal body flange om the furnace. I believe in how it works and not appearances.
