I read that yesterday too. My guess is I reached my arm into the tank without first rinsing it off. I spend a lot of time outside in the summer.

Now I have to say, the water outlet adjustment I did last night seem to have improved the issue this AM. Its not fully gone yet, but already looks some better. So I will run this for few days and see.
