African Drift Wood

I was wonder if bone fragments have been known to be found in drift wood. I found a wood covered bone fragment in my drift wood. It was stuck in a crack in it. Its really strange. It has hair on it to.

If you happen to have a college nearby with a decent biology department, you may want to get in touch with them to see what you may have.

I think it killed my fish. I had 2 cories and 2 placo. Should I still use the wood or just get rid of it.
