What I've done is put a small tera cotta pot that was already in the tank in a corner that the frogs love to hang out in with the opening toward the corner and placed a plant in front of it. The cories and other fish can't really maneuver themselves into the pot but the frogs can get in just fine. I'm just going to squirt some bloodworms into the pot during feeding time and I'm sure they'll find it just fine with no problems.
