Acrylic "foggyness"

I have a 2.5ish gallon eclipse tank and the acrylic looks kinda foggy and not as clear as it used to be after being in use for a couple years. Is there a way to get it clear again or would I have to somehow get a new one, the whole lid/light/filter hood works fine I just need the tank part.

Depending on the light you used, the acrylic may have discolored.
I don't know of any way to reverse that.

Well that sucks. I used whatever light it came with.

I would get ahold of Eclipse by E-mail or phone and tell them what is happening after only a few years of use and ask them why. This does not sound like something that should happen that soon. Ive had acrylic tanks for a long time and never had anything like that.
