Pearl Gouramis
Cories
Otos
Loaches
Cherry Barbs
Snails
and plants.

Should I add anything else? Or does what I have sound okay?

Can I put some platys in there?

what kind of loaches? i know some are not found of other fish and the otos/cories might be a problem as they tend to stay near the bottom on the plants (at least in my experience) as they feed on the algae. also when planting. cherry barbs like to nibble plants, so keep that in mind when choosing your plants for you tank.
