30g stocking

I have a well planted 30g tank with a 500L/H canister filter, and 2 air filtration systems, would I be able to have:
30 Neon Tetras
2 Male Guppies
4 Female Guppies
3 Gold Platies

I am also thinking of putting in some red or ghost shrimp and possibly a Gold Honey Gourami at a later stage. Would my tank be able to cope with that amount and would there be any problems among the fish (behavior).

That would be overstocked due to a couple of issues that impact stocking.

First, water parameters. Livebearers (guppy, platy) require medium hard and basic water. While neon tetra can manage in slightly basic water, they will not be at their best and should have soft slightly acidic water as noted inour profile (click the shaded names for profiles). Depending upon your water, I would go one way or the other.

Second, if livebearers, having male and female will mean hundreds of fry regularly (every 6-8 weeks). Unless you have provision for dealing with that, i would not combine females and males but have all males. Also, guppy and platy will interbreed, so again keeping only males of both if together will be advisable.

Third, if neon tetra with soft water is the way you go, I would say 20-25 is max, in a well planted 29g. Plus some substrate fish, a group of 5 corys, and/or a Whiptail Catfish. Could have some hatchetfish for surface interest too, a group of say 12-15 of Carnegiella marthae or Carnegiella strigata. These species remain smaller than the common Silver Hatchetfish which would be too much for a 29g.
