I doubt angelfish and neons will work together. angels can get territorial and are not fond of fast moving fish. Im sure others will reply to this but I "think" the bristle-nose would work.

When the tank has substrate and water in it, measure from the top of the substrate to the water line, if it is 18+inches you can have angels, neons are hit and miss with angels, cardinal tetras generally work better, and a bristlenose pleco will be fine.

Also if you wish to have a pair of angels, they will need to be a proven pair.

Neon what? You probably mean tetra's but they aren't the only "neons"..

1 Angel or a proven pair, if you just plonk 2 angels in they'll end up fighting, another alternative is to buy 6 or so and wait for two of them to pair off and then return the rest.
