It is not relevant to the intensity of light (which is what you really want to know) and especially with modern types like LED which use so very little energy (watts) to produce much more light relatively speaking.
If you could track down the fixture online, it might indicate the light output. I have no direct experience with LED aquarium lighting but in various threads here several members have commented on the low output of some LED types.
