I went ahead added the 2nd dose of flourish earlier as it has been 3 days since I added the first dose.

Here are some pictures of my substrate. My question is I know that it is suggested not to touch the substrate in a planted tank. Is this normal looking to you?

Sorry I know they are not the best pictures but you can still tell there is a bunch of brown "stuff" that is getting pulled down through it. It looks bad to me and I want to vaccine it but if it is best not any y'all think it is okay I will leave it be.

Not clear in the pics, but I think i know what you are referring to, and it is normal. I leave it alone.
