You shouldn't worry about them. Are there fish in the tank? I'm going to assume either 1, there are no fish, or 2, you feed them every day, or 3 they're big fish that totally ignore a tiny tasty snack.
I had them in a 5G everywhere- I introduced a male guppy and 2 ghost shrimp, and the worms and dots were gone in less than a day. | Hmmm, I have about 15 that I'm underfeeding because the tank is cycling and they are supplementing their own diet with two batches of fry. I'm still trying to figure out which fish are popping them out cause the two that looked gravid, still look gravid. The fry I've caught and segregated are just eyeballs with clear bodies so no ID yet.
What would be a good eater then? I have 3 emerald catfish, and 12 live bearers... seems like that would do the trick.... I also have about 4 inches of substrate...
