Love, Love, Love my Anarchis, It was easy to plant, stays a lovely Green, is nice and thick and not messy.



My Rotala isn't doing well in my tank but I still have high hopes. So far, it is thin and scraggly looking. My fish keep tearing it out by swimming through quickly too.

Glad your anachris is doing good.I just took the last of mine out.It started out ok with some side shoots growing out but the fish tore it up.I didn't have any luck with the rotala either.I may give up on stem plants and go with a couple more vals.

Yeah the Anachris is great! So easy to deal with compared to my Rotala. I don't know if it is my fish or my water but it is not pretty and not growing. I have less and less each day instead of more and more and it is yellowish and just not good looking at all. The Anachris has trippled in size since I put it in there. I must have the right water for that. It is so thick I don't think the fish bother it quite as much.

+1 on the anachris, I've been thinking about getting some and I think it's about time!

That plant is cheap also. I picked some up awhlile ago from Petco and it was $2.49 bunch.

Yours looks beautiful, Inga. I had a hard time keeping mine in the gravel. It kept coming up and I got sick of sticking my arm in to fix it, so now it is a floating plant My fish actually love picking through it. If they're happy, I'm happy.
