The outer leaves will yellow, you cut them off, but by this time there will be new bright green leaves emerging from the centre of the crown. Even on established plants, this is common from time to time, growing cycles and such. There is no harm in the aquarium, the new growth is using the nutrients rapidly and the dying leaves are insignificant, though I remove them before they get too far gone and add more organics to the system. Most of the plants in my tanks lost all their original leaves within the first 3 months. B.
