Plant Identification

When I planted my 29 gallon tank I picked up most of the plants from a LFS. Mixed in with the Italian Val was a bulb with a single stem and no leaves. So I planted it to see if I could get it to grow. Now after about 3 weeks it has developed some leaves and I still can't firgure it out. Maybe some one here can help me. It is the plant in the center foreground.
