Help with light decision

has anyone had any expeirience with these? Coralife Dual Fixture High Output T5 Aquarium Light Fixture at PETCO i was looking at a nova extreme model but came across alot of bad reviews. or does anyone have a reccomendation thats in the same price range? im aiming for medium to high light plants and am thinking the coralife will do?

I can't comment on this specific fixture, but it might help others to do so if you could give the tank dimensions (length and volume especially), and if CO2 diffusion is planned [I saw the other thread on this, I have no experience with CO2 so won't be able to help there]. Generally speaking, HO emits too much light unless it is a fairly high-tech system with CO2.

its your typciall 55gla 48' long pressurised c02 is planned for the tank to keep the algae under controll and ofcourse to speed the plants along.
