Green cloudy....

I've been fighting a green cloudy aquarium for almost two weeks, it doesn't seem to want to clear. I have several varieties of live plants, not sure of species. 28 Gal, 0 ammonia, o nitrites, nitrates kept at 15 or less. 78 degrees, T5 lighting with 1 24W 10000K and 1 24W freshwater pink. I have also recently added CO2 injection (DIY) to try to encourage plant growth. Any ideas???

How long are you keeping your lights on and is your tank getting any light from windows? It sounds like over exposure to light to me. I had this problem a few years ago when I would turn the tank lights on all day during spring/summer and tank was getting some light from windows (not directly on it, though). Keep doing some small water changes to help get rid of the green water. Of course, some fish breed like crazy in green water. I know guppies do.
