Fun project: UG rehab :)

Two weeks ago week I got a portion of UG from someone, as it was melting in their tanks. By there time it got to me, all that was left from the original lush patch of carpet was a thread thin piece, barely 1 cm long, with one pitiful little leaf still clinging on for dear life.

I laid it on the substrate inone of my tiny emmersed boxes in hopes that it will come back to life. A few days later, lo and behold, the tiny thing sprouted a new leaf :)

I thought it would be fun making a photo journal of it's progress.
