Dwarf Sag or Pygmy Chain Sword?

I cannot figure out if this is pygmy chain sword or dwarf sag. Sorry for the bad pics. I had to take them with my laptop (extremely hard to hold a laptop steady in front of an aquarium) because my phone decided to have camera problems.

Could be either, but given the short growth I would think more likely Helanthium tenellum. This is mentioned in our profile of Sagittaria subulata.
