I am particularly pleased with the Amazonian riverscape; I have to admit that sitting in front of that aquarium is very rewarding. The Echinodorus macrophyllus at the left rear is 12 years old, and in the 90g it sent out a flower spike from which I have four daughter plants. Two of those are in the 115g, although they are still "buried" amongst the other plants, but in a month or two their leaves will be at the surface and the aquarium will have quite a different perspective. Also, the Echinodorus major plants on the left and left-centre will in time be as large as the plant in the right rear corner.
The SE Asian swamp is not really aquascaped yet, I just put the bits of wood in and lined the walls with Wisteria to get it growing (which it certainly is, even considering my low light) and I'm waiting for some Nuphar plants, the red tiger lilies, to get in and really arrange things.
Byron.
