ive had an ammonia peek which caused fungus on my fish. i wasnt sure if it was ich so i added some aquarium salts. now my water lillies are turning clear! theres still some green on the parts of the plants, but more is clear\white. will my plants recover? what should i do? do you guys think pruning the clear stands off is a good idea or just leave it?

Depending on how much salt and how much damage was done to the lillies youmay or may not be bale to help them recover. I would change some water now and try to get your salt levels down so the plants at least have a chance to recover.
