can I cram up my plants like this??

so since I ordered this stupid aqua-glo light before I asked you guys( I always "shoot" first and ask questions later) I already recieved it.

I wonder why these guys wrote on the description that the aquaglo has a " strong photosynthetic spectrum range to stimulate VIGOROUS plant growth". I totally believe everything you guys say but why would they not say that about the lifeglo? the lifeglo description simply says "effectively stimulates photosynthetic proccess in plants, corals and other invertabrates".

The word vigorous totally got me.

I wish those were flipped so that people would know whats best

The Aqua-Glo is high in red and blue, and plants most need red and blue. This is comparable to the terrestrial plant tubes one can get for house plants. It's just the weakness of the intensity that faults them.

Well...we've been through that issue previously with varied opinions. I don't really care what we call it, the fact is that the A-G tube is half the intensity/brightness/light of the L-G.
