| | Looks like Dwarf bocopa, or Baby tears
I have a really good aquatic plant book and this looks exactly like Dwarf bocopa, or Baby tears.
You can propagate the plant and make more by taking each section that has roots and cut it and plants it in the sand or gravel.You can also take each long peice and bury it leaving the leaf part above the sand or gravel. I like cutting plants like these into sections so I can plants them in little clusters or along the sides or back.Each little plant will make more plants by runners.
In Low light some stems will grow rapidly, with larger spaces (nodes) between leaves sort of like the picture you posted.
