Okay just have to know is bubbles coming from the leaves of the plants normal?

Bubbles from a plant (pearling) indicated the plants are respiring at a high rate (producing oxygen). Typically you'll get that under high light, high nutrients, and a good CO2 concentration. From a plant growth standpoint, it's not a bad thing!

Okay thank you ! I have a couple of plants many Jungle Val doing that was just wondering about it. So it would sound like the plants (well some) are getting the right balance they need at the moment then. The tank has only been running for 3 days now and with fish for 2 days.

Just be careful with the light levels. I made that error. Too much light can get algae cranked up over time, especially if you have high light levels and don't use pressurized CO2.

Just to clarify, you do not need pressurized CO2 on a low tech set up! Wouldn't be low tech then, I guess

If you look at my aquarium I have list what plants are in the tank I can't remember all but some are swords, cabomba, jungle and corkscrew val and the others I can't remember the names LoL

I don't use pressurized C02 and as far as the "high lights" all I have are 2 36 watt GE @ 6500k soo shouldn't be high light and I watch the tank everyday LoL soo far no algae

Given your info, these bubbles are probably CO2 from the tap water. In new tanks (for a few days sometimes) and after water changes, I have bubbles everywhere. I would not expect pearling from plants in low-tech setups.
