Odd, I've never shipped frogbit/water lettuce though. All my plants get put in ziplock bags with a tiny bit of water to keep humidity up. I've never had a complaint about any dieing. I do send 2 free cherry shrimp with almost all orders though. With fragile plants I blow the ziplock bag up so they don't get squished.
