I agree that from the info you are best with Flourish Comprehensive Supplement. Another near-identical product is Brightwell Aquatics' FlorinMulti.
Substrate fertilizer (the Flourish Tabs mentioned) will help large swords, one next to each, but this is not necessary. I use them because I have extremely soft water and using the tabs allows me to get by with one dose weekly of Flourish Comp rather than 2. [In addition I also have to dose calcium/magnesium, that's another story.]
The brown on the Anubias is likely diatoms, common in new tanks (during the first 2-3 months). Otos will ravenously eat it.
