algae growth?

okay so i have a 55 gallon mbuna tank, i want to promote an algae growth on the rocks, im remodelling it soon ALOT, im gonna change gravel,rocks,lights but same fish. i really like algae look, green algae though, and im planning on having river rock large and small rocks, is there anything i can do thatll promote growth, with better lighting? or chemical/fertilizer? or take a rock with algae on it from pond maybe itll grow ont other rocks?

any advice? thfor all help

What could work is leaving the light on for more hours a day. And you can
go to petsmart and buy a moss rock that could help too.

Place a couple of the rocks from the aquarium outside in direct sunlight in a pail of tank water. This should quickly promote algae. Of course, there ar many types of algae, but see what appears.

I would be careful about increasing the tank lighting intensity, you don't want to blind the fish.
