I also don't think it should be necessary to dose nitrogen, there is lots of ammonia (which plants use as ammonium for their nitrogen).

You asked about multiple quotes in posts. If the intended quotes are all from the same post, I find it easiest to do a "Quote" post and then break up the text and respond accordingly. Each section of text has to be wrapped as a quote. To do this you highlight the text, and click the "Wrap (Quote)" icon that is fourth from the right end in the line above. To cite from more than one post, copy the text into your post and highlight and click the Wrap icon.
