As to a Python/water changer, my parents actually rigged one up for me. It's just a regular piece of siphoning hose, 1/2", with two adapters on the end to connect it to the sink. All in all I think it was like $15, including the hose, which I already had on-hand. It doesn't have it's own suction, but I just drain the water into the bathtub or out the window, then hook it up to the sink.

Just to throw it out there lol.

Anyways, the tank is looking so pretty, I love the depth you create in such a small tank, it's truly gorgeous. Really inspirational :)

After I bought the water changer I realized I could have just pieced it together. They actually have the sink hookup at Petsmart for like I think it wad $15 then all you would need is a hose which you can buy at Lowes or Home Depot. Thinking I could piece it together cheaper then I bought the set but oh well.

Thanks for the kind words on the tank Jen! I do actually like the hardscape but the plants are driving me crazy or the lack of!

I've never kept these fish, so I don't know. Based on the fish I have that are 'nano,' I'd say that you can push it - but I don't know about that many. . . though they ARE tiny things. Tempting to try it! I'd probably pick one or the other. . . What would the current residents prefer, do you think? Hopefully someone with more experience will chime in, BWG keeps at least one of those two, I'm pretty sure :) This tank just keeps getting cooler!

As for the current resident and the fish that they would like better either would be fine to them and all of them could probably do fine in a tank just not sure if it could work in this size tank.

Ohh ohhh my plants are "out for Delivery" today!! So I should be getting them around 2ish (the time my mail usually runs.). The only bad thing is I won't be home as I have a Chiropractor appointment then and after that we have to take a dog to the vet! Ugh!!!

This is fine. A while back my 10g had much the same, a trio of Scarlet Badis, 12 Boraras brigittae, and 9 Corydoras pygmaeus.

Ughhh!!!!!!!!
The mail just ran and the plants *did* come in but I can't do anything with them yet!!

I am not too fond of the packaging job they did either.




There doesn't even look to be any water in there a lil moisture but that's it. It does look like there is some rockwool on the roots and nothing is labelled!! That's the part that bugs me the most! Ugh!!!!
