Matt, you should be able to find everything here (except possibly the plants) at any local chain store - PetSmart or PetCo should have all of this stuff - including the Apple snails. . .if you don't have any shops near you, check out Amazon.com - free to ship if you have a Prime account. They won't have anything live, but the rest of those things should be easy to find. You'll likely pay more for any of it if you order online over buying locally (though this isn't necessarily true)

For the plants, you'll have to check out a LFS, at least around here, the chain stores don't have any of that stuff.

I'm with Inga - can you tell us where in this big ol' world you are? I can recommend online plant retailers, AquariumPlants.com being one of them, but if you can get these locally, it will be best to do so.
