This could help me with my 5G soon-to-be planted, and help fill up the gaps in my 30G.

Oh, before I forget, is there/would there be a mix and match option? I'm afraid some would grow very tall compared to the height of my 5G (but then it could go in my 30G ).

yes its for all the plants listed. pm me and we can figure something out. i do work with people. this is more plants that can fit in a 5 or 10 splitting them up into 2 tanks would be a must.
