I don't have much knowledge about lungfish. One time I saw one at my on of my lfs's. The poor thing was closed up in one of those little plastic "tanks" (too small to be a tank, really, but I can't think of what its real name is). It was in a tank with some big and small fancy Goldfish. Cost $80 too, it was about 8 inches long.
It wasn't very lively then. I wonder if someone ever bought it, or if it died in the little container.  |
Yes you're right, it does look like a cross between them. It's so confusing... Is it possible for the different varieties of eels to breed with one another???
And awww I hope somebody bought the lungfish! =(
