Tips on getting a waspfish to eat non live foods

I have a waspfish or butterfly goby that was only fed live foods before I got him. I've tried frozen, freeze-dried and of course flake. He will swim to it if it falls near him but never takes a bite. he is in my 75 gal with 40+ tankmates that eat anything i put in there.

I usually distract the other fish with some flakes and freezedried and sneak some bloodworms down to him. He usually sits on the bottom. even if I put the live worms in a cone feeder he never swims up to check em out.

any tips? Id rather not have to feed him separate from the other fish...and yes my LFS warned me about his picky eating but who listens to the LFS!!??

Try pieces of fresh fish or glass shrimp. I had a butterfly gobie/wasp fish many years ago, he, too was raised on live foods. The fresh fish trickdid the job. I'd go to the store buy a small perch or catfish fillet aand fee it to him. After about 3 feedings, he figured it out.
