there a great fish if you like something that just sits and eats i had a friend he had one for years i don't think i ever saw it move exept to eat there not banned in the uk even thogh they can survive in the westcountry(devon,cornwall) overwinter oh and as for food they will eat EVERYTHING and in endless amounts

isnt it good living in the uk??
we can have all these fish which are either banned elsewhere (take my clarias for instance)
or like plecs etc really expensive in some countrys!!

We have tons of those in lakes thoughout Florida. Locally, they're known as mudfish and bowfins, but it's all the same as a snakehead.

I'm usually throwing plastic worms trying to catch Largemouth Bass, but occasionally they'll hit the worm or just get snagged by the hook.

Ugly fish, that's for sure.

did someone say suggestions on cool big fish? well i went to a new lfs today and saw an AWESOME lungfish. oo and some wierd albino channel cats as well as fresh water sting rays and lionfish. it was crazy.
